The official rules of the Lowes sweepstakes state that purchasing is optional and will not increase your chances of winning. However, to complete the survey, you must have a receipt given out at one of the participating home improvement stores during the sweepstakes period.

The ID entry on these receipts is an 18-digit code under the Date and Time. The sweepstakes began accepting entries in February and will conclude at the end of this month. The additional requirements to enter the survey sweepstakes are listed below.

Lowes Survey Restrictions:

1. Participants must be legal residents of any state to enter the sweepstakes (excluding New York, Florida, and Rhode Island). 
2. The minimum age to join is 18 years old. 
3. This sweepstake is not open to employees, officers, directors, or immediate family members.
4. All entries must be submitted before the 10th of each month because that is when the entries are drawn. 
5. All entries submitted for a month will be used only for that month. Incomplete entries will be disqualified right away. 
6. There is no cap on the number of entries, but each receipt is limited to one.

Instructions:

1. There are two ways to enter the Lowes Survey: online via www.Lowes.com/survey sweepstakes or by mail. 
2. All online and mail-in entries must be received by the 10th of the month. Here’s what you need to do to submit your entries online:

4. Fill in the appropriate form boxes with the date and time indicated on the receipt.
5. Below the time and date fields, enter the 18-digit ID.
6. Follow the instructions and complete the questionnaire.
7. Finally, enter your contact information to register for the sweepstakes.
